BluePosition's concept and vision is to support TDC Group’s telephony solutions for the business market.

Unified Communication solutions are in focus and in cooperation with TDC Group, BluePosition offers solutions that enable easy and flexible handling of your company’s customers.

Our switchboard solution offers real time line status and Outlook calendar information that enables you to give a professional service to your customers. Moreover, TDC Wallboard gives you the real time overview of your call center groups that enables you to see the number of customers in queue, real time statistics and number of enrolled colleagues in a given call center group.

  • 2002

    BluePosition was established on the basis of a management 'buy-out' / 'spin-off' from one of Ericsson Denmark's development departments.

  • 2003

    BluePosition continued development / completion of the Ericsson transferred products / supply agreements include TDC.

  • 2004

    BluePosition delivered the last of the devolved Ericsson projects and began simultaneous development of MobileCTI, and what later became MobilePBX, MobileIVR and Mobile Wireless Office Suite after a close dialogue with several mobile operators.

  • 2005

    Launch of Blue Positions first mobile product MobileCTI. MobileCTI was the world's first CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) product for mobile telephony.

    Erstwhile 'TDC Mobil Center' was nationwide distributor of the solution.

    BluePosition received its first export order.

    BluePosition participated for the first time as an exhibitor at the world's largest trade show / conference for mobile telephony - Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

  • 2006

    BluePosition introduced the world's first 100% pure mobile-based IVR system (MobileIVR) for automatic conversion from its main number.

    Erstwhile Sonofon, now Telenor, was the first dealer / sales partner of the solution.

  • 2007

    BluePosition launched MobilePBX which is a complete PC switching system for mobile telephony.

    One of the epoch-making facilities included: automatic A-number lookup on incoming calls on Krak.dk's number portal. We focused on integrating the purchase of various part elements of a telephony solution into one complete solution.

    The number of customers and users more than doubled.

    The cooperation with Telenor and TDC was developed.

  • 2008

    BluePosition featured and integrated solutions which include additional made it technically possible to replace less CallCenter solutions with a 'pure mobile solution'.

    We delivered the first solution with more than 1,000 users in a 'pure mobile solution' to the Danish Technological Institute.

    BluePosition became the leading supplier of 'pure mobile solutions' on the Danish market.

    Finally, we received our first AAA credit rating as we continue to cherish.

  • 2009

    BluePosition introduced as the first company in the world, integration of mobile status (free / busy) information in Microsoft Unified Communications Solution, Office Communications Server.

    BluePosition was chosen as the first partner of Telenor Norway's new business solution "Mobile Bedriftnett" and was just two months later supplier to Telenor Norway's new unified communications service "Coordinated Holding".

    We established branch offices / subsidiaries in Norway and Benelux.

    We established a formal partnership with Telia Denmark and integrated ProBiz and MoBiz status push in 'Mobile Wireless Office Suite' and Microsoft Unified Communications.

    The positive growth continued and BluePosition was of Exchange appointed as Gazelle company based on the results that were achieved in the period 2004-2008.

    At year end, acquired BluePosition substantially all assets of the estate of the former competitor Speakanet / GoHello.

  • 2012

    BluePosition becomes a TDC Brand. Danish article.
